Shipping & Delivery

Together with our couriers, we do everything possible to deliver your order on time. However, there is a small chance that something might go wrong, such as a road diversion, severe weather, or a delay with the courier, causing the delivery to be a day late. Usually, things go smoothly: 99% of all orders are delivered on time! We recommend ordering well in advance to ensure that you receive everything on time.

Around the holidays, it is very busy. Keep this in mind and order early to be safe!

If you place an order on weekdays before 1:30 PM (and on Saturday before 11:30 AM), you will receive your order the same day. Different delivery dates and times apply on weekends. See the table below for a clear overview.
