It may happen that you are not satisfied with your order. This is, of course, very unfortunate, and we are happy to assist you with this. The best way is to visit our flower shop with your order or contact us by phone.
If you prefer to send us an email, please describe as accurately as possible what you are not satisfied with. Additionally, we recommend that you take photos of the delivered product if you are dissatisfied with its quality. Always include your order number.
Returning Ordered Products?
Flowers, plants, and other perishable products can spoil quickly; therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these items. This means that you cannot use the right to return our perishable products free of charge within 14 days.
