About Bloemenhuis Hofman

Since January 1986, we have been the proud owners of our flower shop. After renting the premises for two years, we decided to purchase it and completely renovated the store. With a team of three, including owners Henk and Dicky Hofman, we began building the reputation that Bloemenhuis Hofman has today.

Gradually, the store began to outgrow its space due to the expanding range of products offered. In 1994, we decided to extend the shop to its full length. Not only did our assortment grow, but our team of well-trained florists also expanded, along with our recognition in the region.

Extra Branch

In 2000, we had the opportunity to take over a nearby property; a beautiful authentic building in the middle of the town square. We couldn’t pass up this chance and in February of that year, we opened our branch at Brink no. 45. Over the years, the workload of managing two flower shops made it difficult to maintain the level of attention we desired. After 10 wonderful years, we decided to close our extra branch in July 2010 to fully focus on our other location.

Complete Restyling

The closure of the extra branch, combined with the desire to respond to new trends and better meet the needs of our customers, led us to give our flower shop a complete restyling in the summer of 2010. An internal renovation took place based on new, fresh ideas contributed by the entire team, followed by an open house.

Rise of the Internet
